Chelsea Hagmann, DNP, ARNP, PMHNP-BC
Welcome. I am am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner located on Bainbridge Island. I completed my training at the University of Washington after more than thirteen years of clinical work in psychiatric and palliative oncology research, critical care & emergency nursing, pain management and hospice.
My diverse experience allows me to provide a comprehensive and nuanced approach, rooted in evidence and supported by advanced training in palliative care, medical complexity, neurodivergence, substance use and psycho-oncology.
I believe in medicine grounded by a human connection. Your care here is always individualized and evidence-based. I prioritize your privacy and presence by never using AI tools to record, document or develop your treatment plan. I believe you deserve clinical, transparent expertise that prioritizes your personal goals and values rather than deferring to a computer generated algorithm. I offer psychiatric services in person and via telehealth to residents across Washington.
